Coca-Cola Arena strives to ensure all patrons have an enjoyable event experience each and every time they attend the arena. Accessibility to all major events is easy at the Coca-Cola Arena. Outlined below is a brief summary of facilities incorporated for people with accessibility needs:

• Coca-Cola Arena has been designed with all main public points of entry fully accessible.
• All levels of the building are accessible via lifts, all patron lifts are fully accessible, and all entrances are step free.
• Our seating arrangements are configured to enable wheelchair users and their companion to sit together.
• We offer a personal assistance scheme which enables those coming to an event in need of assistance to claim a ticket for a personal assistant at no charge*.
• Accessible restroom facilities are available on every level
• Accessible facilities are available backstage for teams, officials and performers.
• Assistance dogs are welcome
• If you have a disability that means you can’t queue, then kindly speak to a member of staff at the arena entrance. They’ll sort out priority entry for you, as soon as the doors open. The time printed on your ticket is the time the doors open.
• Accessible seating is available on each level for anyone who can walk and leave a seat in case of emergency.
• Accessible seating includes: Seats on the aisle, seats with few or no steps nearby, seats that have nothing directly in front of them and seats closest to the toilets.
• Please note that at some events people may stand/dance in their seats. If you have difficulty standing, please mention this at the time of booking as the viewing platforms may be more suitable. If you have your own wheelchair, it will be left with the nearest information desk until the end of the event. Or until you want to leave.

• Coca-Cola Arena Box Office is located at the ground level on the venue
• Should you need to bring medicines or medical equipment we are happy to assist. If you need to bring food or drink to manage a medical condition please ask for an exemption form by email [email protected] stating which event you are attending.
• Some events involve pyrotechnics, flashing lights and other special effects. Contact customer services for details of any special effects expected at your event.
