You hereby forever releases, waives, discharges and agrees not to sue the Site, Legends Global, any owner, manager, operator, or sponsor of the venue, any promoter, producer, or sponsors of the event, any leagues, teams, artists, advertisers or suppliers of the event, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, past and present employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”) for any known or unknown claims, losses, damages, liability, demands or actions incident to entering the venue and/or attending the Event, whether such risks and dangers occur before, during, or after the Event, including injury or death relating to COVID-19 or any other illness or injury that you may sustain while at the venue or related to attending the Event, regardless of whether caused by the negligence or other fault of

Any specific waiver of any provision in these Terms of Use provided to you must be in writing and signed by Legends Global in order to be valid. A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the same provision in the future. These Terms of Use represent the entire understanding and agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing posted on this Site or notified to you by Legends Global.

TICKETING OFFICE INFORMATION

Ticketing Office Hours:

Tickets may be purchased directly at the Ticketing Office during operating hours. Coca-Cola Arena accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Visit your specific Event page for full details on purchasing tickets online www.coca-cola-arena.com.

On Event days, our ticketing office windows will open 3 hours prior to the start of the Event.

*Please note on some Events that begin prior to 12pm, the ticketing office may open only 2 hours prior to the Event. Be sure to check the Event page for specific information.

 

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

The below mentioned definitions apply only to these Ticket Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined elsewhere:

 

 

INTERPRETATION

 

For the purposes of these Ticket Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• words utilizing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa;
• words importing a specific gender shall include all other genders (male, female or neuter);
• the headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Tickets Terms and Conditions;
• any reference to “conduct” includes an omission, statement or undertaking, whether or not in writing;
• a reference to a “Clause” shall be construed as a reference to a clause of these Ticket Terms and Conditions;
• a reference to any document shall include all amendments, supplements, replacements or novations of such document;
• wherever the words “include”, “includes” or “including” (or similar terms) are used in these Ticket Terms and Conditions, they shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

• It is the sole responsibility of each Ticket-holder to read, understand and comply with the provisions of these Ticket Terms and Conditions prior to, and as a condition of, purchasing or using a Ticket for an Event at the Coca-Cola Arena.
• These Ticket Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with and are subject to the Coca-Cola Arena Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and General terms and Conditions of Entry to Coca-Cola Arena, all of which are accessible on the official Coca-Cola Arena website. A non-exhaustive summary of certain key Ticket Terms and Conditions may also appear on the reverse side of printed Tickets, and any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Event Organiser shall also apply.
• Tickets are issued by Legends Global on behalf of the Event Organiser, whose details will be made available on the Ticket where reasonably practicable, otherwise such details shall be available from Authorised Retail Agents. Tickets remain the property of the Event Organiser and must be returned to Legends Global or its authorised representatives upon request.
• By purchasing, holding or using a Ticket, each Ticket-holder is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be legally bound by these Ticket Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any accompanying obligations and responsibilities stated therein. Any Ticket-holder who breaches these Ticket Terms and Conditions may be liable for legal action, refusal of entry to the Arena and/or expulsion from the Arena.
• These Ticket Terms and Conditions apply to both the original purchaser of the Ticket, any subsequent holder of the Ticket, and all guests attending the Event under such Ticket.
• Legends Global reserves the right, acting reasonably and with just cause (including but not limited to a failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions) to refuse entry to or remove from the Arena any Ticket-holder(s), without obligation to refund the purchase price.
• A valid Ticket must be held by every person seeking entry to the Arena, regardless of age. Children, infants, or others will not be admitted without a valid Ticket.
• All Ticket purchases are final. Except as expressly provided under Clause 7.2 below, Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Each Ticket-holder bears sole responsible for complying with all applicable immigration, via, customs and legal requirements of any relevant authorities for entry into the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. No Ticket-holder shall be entitled to any exchange, refund or replacement of Tickets for failure to obtain, or for the denial, cancellation, expiration or revocation of any visa or entry permit into the United Arab Emirates or Dubai for any reason. Each Ticket-holder is advised to review all immigration, customs and legal requirements for entry into the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai prior to purchasing any Ticket(s) for an Event.
• By attending the Event, each Ticket-holder agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organiser, Legends Global and/or the Associated Entities for any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injury or expenses that may arise as a result of the Ticket-holder(s)' failure to comply with these Ticket Terms and Conditions.
• Each Ticket-holder agrees and acknowledges that any personal data provided in the context of the Ticket purchase, or in association with the attendance at the Event shall be collected, processed and stored in accordance with Legends Global's Privacy Policy.
• These Ticket Terms and Conditions may also be obtained from any Coca-Cola Arena Authorised Ticket Agent or by contacting the Coca-Cola Arena Ticketing Call center.
• Ticket-Holder acknowledge and agree that filming, photography and audio-visual recordings authorised by Legends Global may be conducted throughout the Coca-Cola Arena premises, including in the forecourt and surrounding plaza. By attending the Event, Ticket Holders consents to being filmed, photographed or recorded and to the use, reproduction, broadcast, storage and distribution of such materials (including any edited or derivative works) in any media format and in perpetuity, without compensation or further notice, subject to applicable laws.
• Children under 14 (fourteen) must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over; all parties must have a valid ticket.
• Children under 16 (sixteen) cannot enter the standing floor area. A seated Ticket must be purchased to attend the Event.

 

RESTRICTIONS AGAINST TICKET ON-SELLING AND UNAUTHORISED TICKETS

 

• Tickets are issued solely for the personal use of the individual purchaser or recipient and may not, without the prior express written consent of Legends Global, be resold, transferred or offered for resale or transfer for any form of fee, reward or commercial gain. Each Ticket-holder must not, without the prior written consent of Legends Global, resell, transfer (for commercial or personal gain) or distribute any Ticket(s) for an Event (above their face value), or purchase or obtain Ticket(s) from or through any commercial agent or company other than Legends Global or an Authorised Agent.
• Ticket(s) may not be used for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes including, but not limited to use in competitions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, hospitality packages or as part of an incentive scheme, unless express written consent of Legends Global has been obtained and all legal obligations have been met. Such consent may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed at Legends Global's absolute discretion.
• Legends Global reserves the right to cancel any Tickets purchased by a person or entity reasonably suspected by Legends Global to be a ticket reseller, scalper, fraudulent, secondary ticketing platform or tout and my deny entry to or remove any such person from the Arena.
• Any Ticket(s) purchased, obtained, offered or used in breach of these Ticket Terms and Conditions will be deemed void at Legends Global's sole discretion resulting in any or all of the following actions:
  • denial of entry to the Arena;
  • expulsion from the Arena premises;
  • confiscation and/or cancellation of Ticket without refund or compensation; and
  • reporting to the relevant authorities and initiation of legal proceedings.
• No refunds or compensation of any kind will be offered to Ticket-holders as a result of Legends Global taking any of the steps outlined in this clause.
• Legends Global is not liable and/or responsible for the purchase of any fraudulent tickets and has the right to deny entry to anyone at any time, at its sole discretion.

 

SEAT ALLOCATIONS AND VIEWING FOR EVENTS

 

• Legends Global reserves the right to determine at any time with or without notice all seating allocations, viewing areas and other conveniences and attractions in relation to any particular Event. Each Ticket-holder must not place any reliance on Arena maps or other impressions, as they are provided only as an approximate guide to indicate the locations of seating, viewing areas and other conveniences and attractions.
• Each Ticket-holder for an Event acknowledges and accepts that some seats may have restricted viewing or leg room and that natural or man-made obstructions in some areas may impede viewing. Legends Global reserves the right at its sole discretion to issue last minute changes to seating arrangements for Events, including which may result in Ticket-holder(s) being assigned seats with obstructed views or restricted leg room. Should Legends Global issue any significant changes to a Ticket-holder's reserved seating arrangements hindering the Ticket holder's view, Legends Global will notify the Ticket-holder(s) directly of such changes and endeavor to provide alternative seating arrangements. Should the alternative seating arrangements not be satisfactory, Legends Global will offer such Ticket-holder(s) the opportunity to exchange their Ticket(s) for a Ticket(s) of the same or lower face value in another seating area (subject to availability). If this is still not acceptable, Legends Global will refund the cost of the Ticket(s) (excluding the cost of any delivery or associated expenses).
• Some areas at the Arena may be exposed to direct sunlight and/or heat. Each Ticket-holder is required to take appropriate care for their wellbeing including appropriate hydration and sun protection.
• In seated areas of the Arena, people may stand up in front of you during the Event. In no circumstances will refunds and compensation be offered by Legends Global if your view is restricted in this way or otherwise disturbed by members of the audience, either when entering/exiting their seat or otherwise.
• Where available, Legends Global will provide Ticket-holder(s) who are in wheelchairs or whom have limited mobility with appropriate accessible seating for Events. Should a Ticket-holder require this kind of seating they can access the Venue website, in order to view their available options or alternatively they can contact the Ticketing Call center to discuss their individual requirements.

 

TICKET SALES AND FULFILMENT FOR EVENTS

 

• Tickets for Events may only be purchased from the Website, Authorised Web Agents, the Booking Call center, Venue Ticketing office, or Authorised Retail Outlets.
• Tickets will be sold on a first come – first served, best seat basis, subject to availability.
• Ticket-holders are advised to check their Tickets upon purchase and receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Ticket-holders should contact Legends Global immediately upon receipt if there is a mistake.
• In relation to certain Events, Legends Global may require that each Ticket-holder who is under twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of purchase only purchase Ticket(s) under the supervision and with the permission of his or her parent(s) or guardian(s) who will be solely responsible for advising such Ticket-holder of these Ticket Terms and Conditions. In addition, Legends Global may require that each Ticket-holder who is under fourteen (14) years of age may not be permitted to attend an Event, enter into and/or remain at the Arena unless he or she is accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over twenty-one (21) years of age.
• For all Events, full payment (including any applicable booking/administration fee and value added tax) is required at the time of booking. If insufficient funds are available or if payment cannot be completed in full the transaction will not be completed and will be voided.
• For certain Events, Legends Global may specify a maximum number of Tickets that can be purchased by any one individual.
• Methods of collection and/or delivery will be available at the time of purchase. The preferred method of delivery is by email to each Ticket holder. Each Ticket-holder who elects to collect their Ticket from an Authorised Retail Outlet must allow adequate time for collection prior to the commencement of the Event.
• Each Ticket-holder who elects to have their Tickets for an Event delivered by courier will bear all courier, delivery and/or postal charges incurred in relation or ancillary thereto.
• For certain Events, the Ticket-holder may be asked to present the debit/credit card used for the purchase and/or photographic ID (which for citizens/residents of the GCC must be a GCC ID card) in order to gain entry to the Arena. Failure to provide the relevant debit/credit card and/or ID may result in Ticket-holders being refused entry to the Arena in Legends Global’s sole and absolute discretion. No name changes or letters of authorization will be accepted in lieu of the relevant debit/credit card and/or ID under any circumstances.
• If a courier is used, a physical address must be provided at the time of booking and the Ticket-holder or its duly authorised designee must be available to sign for and receive the Ticket(s) during the hours of courier delivery in their jurisdiction.
• Changes to delivery address details may only be made by calling the Ticketing Call center. It is the sole responsibility of a Ticket-holder who has purchased or obtained Ticket(s) for an Event to notify Legends Global of any change prior to the Ticket(s) being dispatched. Each Ticket-holder who has purchased or obtained Ticket(s) for an Event agrees and acknowledges that after the time of dispatch, no changes can be made to delivery address details.
• Legends Global accepts no responsibility for Tickets lost or misplaced by the courier company or postal service. If any Ticket-holder has elected to have their Ticket(s) delivered by courier and/or postal service and has not received their Ticket(s) within seven (7) days of the Event commencement date, it is the Ticket-holder's responsibility to report this to the Ticketing Call center. The original Ticket(s) will be cancelled, and replacement Ticket(s) will be either couriered (if sufficient time is available to do so) or made available for collection at the Venue Box Office. Courier charges for the replacement of misplaced Ticket(s) will be at the Ticket-holder's expense.
• Concession prices (if any) will only be available to those classes of persons whom Legends Global officially publishes as being eligible for the concession price. Identification and/or evidence of qualification for the concession price must be produced when purchasing Ticket(s) and when entering the Arena.
• Unless specifically stated on the ticket, Ticket prices do not include any goods or any services other than entry to the Arena and/or attendance at the particular Event.

 

TICKET REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

 

Unless otherwise specifically stated, a Ticket cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase (under any circumstances) including but not limited to:

• the appearance or non-appearance of any particular person, group, act, event, activity or team expected by the Ticket-holder(s), whether or not such appearance or non-appearance was advertised or made known prior to the Event;
• variations in the Event programme, timings, artists, attractions or conveniences;
• any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Legends Global, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, actions of government or state (including any period of declared national mourning or holiday for the Emirate of Dubai), act of any third party that is out of the control of Legends Global, war, terrorism, civil commotion or insurrection, threats or labour disputes of whatever nature;
• a change in a Ticket-holder's personal circumstances; or
• the inability and/or failure of a Ticket-holder to enter the United Arab Emirates or the Emirate of Dubai due to his or her inability to obtain (or his or her denial, cancellation, expiration or revocation of) an entry visa or permit, for any reason whatsoever.
• any change in the Ticket-holder's reserved seating arrangements.

Legends Global may (at its sole absolute discretion) refund the face value of the Ticket excluding any other charges, such as any applicable administration fees, e-ticket fees, etc. to the original purchaser if:

• the Event is cancelled in its entirety and cannot be re-scheduled; or
• the dates of the Event are changed after they have been confirmed and the relevant Ticket-holder has confirmed in writing to Legends Global that they do not wish to attend the Event on the re-scheduled dates; or
• the Ticket-holder is entitled to a refund as per UAE law.
• The original Ticket must be returned by the Ticket-holder to the original Authorized Retail Agent where the ticket was purchased, as soon as possible (or as otherwise notified to the Ticket-holder) to obtain a refund. Legends Global is not liable for any loss and/or damage that is incurred by a Ticket-holder as a result of an Event (or any part of an Event) being cancelled, postponed or changed.
• Legends Global is not obliged to replace Tickets under any circumstances, regardless of damage.
• For the avoidance of doubt, in respect of a Ticket for which monetary consideration has not been paid, no refund or other costs will be paid or payable to the holder of such Ticket pursuant.
• Legends Global will not be liable to the holder of a Ticket for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, suffered as a result of the Event (or any part thereof) being cancelled, postponed or changed.
• Legends Global accepts no responsibility for stolen or counterfeit Tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorised sources. Ticket-holders who are found to be in possession of Ticket(s) that are counterfeit or have been reported as lost or stolen will be denied entry or expelled from the Arena and may be liable to legal action.

 

SECURITY, CONDUCT AND ATTENDANCE

 

By purchasing a Ticket, each Ticket-holder agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and:

• all terms and conditions displayed at the Arena, including the Conditions of Entry and any other notices displayed at entrances or within the venue or otherwise notified to you from time-to-time;
• these Ticket Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Condition of Entry to the Arena, the website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
• Instructions or directions issued by law enforcement personnel, security arrangements, agents representing any of the Associated Entities, including, without limitation, all directions or notices relating to access and security at the Event;
• requests of Legends Global or agents of Legends Global or any of the Associated Entities with regards to the activities of Legends Global, the Events and/or the use or occupancy of the Arena and its facilities.
• Any announcements or Event-related instructions issued on the day of the Event.

ASM Global reserves the right to remove any person from the Arena who fails to comply with the foregoing without refund or liability.

 

ARENA ACCESS AND ENTRY

 

• Ticket-holder shall only access public and designated Event areas of the Arena. Entry into restricted or unauthorized zones is strictly prohibited.
• All Ticket-holders under the age of fourteen (14) must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian aged twenty one (21) or older. Legends Global may also require that Ticket-holders under twenty-one (21) years of age be accompanied by such guardians at its discretion.
• Accompanying guardian must also:
  • hold a valid Ticket for the Event;
  • accept full responsibility for the care, conduct and safety of minors in their company at all times; and
  • ensure such minors remain under their supervision at all times, particularly within the vicinity of the Arena. Ticket-holder(s) under age of eighteen (18) may not be permitted to enter certain areas of the Arena for reasons of safety as determined or advised by Legends Global in its absolute discretion.
• Each Ticket-holder must be in possession of a valid Ticket at all times and present it upon entry to the Arena and upon request for inspection at any time, any failure to do so may result in the expulsion of a person from the Arena (in Legends Global's sole discretion). Tickets are non-transferrable once used for entry on a given Event day.
• Re-entry into the Arena is not permitted unless expressly authorized by Legends Global or its agents/representatives. A valid Ticket must be retained at all times and produced upon request. Tickets are non-transferable once used for entry on a given day.
• Defacing, damaging or removing any portion of the Ticket may render it invalid. Legends Global reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person not in possession of a valid, readable, and authorized Ticket. Legends Global reserves the right to charge a fee for the replacement of Tickets. Legends Global reserves the right not to replace Tickets that are lost, stolen, counterfeit, damaged or unreadable.
• Latecomers will only be admitted to the Arena at a suitable break in the performance and/or at the sole discretion of Legends Global or its agents/representatives.
• Patrons that are disruptive and/or intoxicated may be refused entry at the discretion of Legends Global.

 

ALTERATIONS TO EVENTS

 

• Legends Global reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice:
  • amend timings, add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute any particular person, speaker, group, act, team, artist and/or personality or element of an Event,
  • modify Ticket pricing, seating allocations, audience capacity or programme content whether advertised or not and whether expected to be in the Event or not.
• Legends Global is not liable to Ticket-holders for any changes in the Event, including but not limited to its participants, timings and/or format of, or any other element of an Event arising from the arrangement of a substitute event.
• Legends Global and or the Promoter are the exclusive distributor of Tickets for Events to be held at the Arena and other entities (the actions of whom are not controlled by Legends Global) may elect to cancel, postpone or change the date and time of an Event and Legends Global is not responsible or liable to Ticket-holders for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that is incurred as a result of an Event (or any part of an Event) being cancelled, delayed, postponed or changed. Legends Global provides no warranty, guarantee, promise of any nature regarding the date and time of a particular Event and cannot warrant, guarantee or promise that an Event will not be cancelled, delayed, postponed or changed. Where an Event is cancelled, delayed, postponed or changed Legends Global provides no warranty that the Ticket-holder will be informed prior to the scheduled commencement of the Event and Ticket-holders should check before travelling to an Event that it has not been cancelled or rescheduled.
• Legends Global is not responsible for the actions of performers/promotors and cannot guarantee that an Event or artist performance will start on time. Legends Global is not liable for the actions, omissions, material, merchandise, statements and/or content provided/performed by the performer/promotor.
• Weather-related postponements or delays may occur. The Event may resume on the same day or be moved to the next available date. It is the responsibility of the Ticket-holders to monitor the Coca-Cola Arena website, or its Ticket Agent and official communication channels for news of any cancellation, postponement or alteration of an Event. Information on such matters will be made available on behalf of the Promoter as soon as reasonably practicable on the Coca-Cola Arena website and/or Coca-Cola Arena social media handles. Customers are advised that the website cannot always be updated immediately and that circumstances giving rise to cancellation or alterations may arise immediately prior to an Event.
• None of the Associated Entities shall be liable to any Ticket-holder(s) for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs), that is incurred by Ticket Holders in the event of a rescheduled or cancelled Event.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

• These Ticket Terms and Conditions maybe updated, amended or replaced by Legends Global at any time. All updates shall be effective upon publication on the official Coca-Cola Arena website or as otherwise notified in writing.
• Each of the provisions of these Ticket Terms and Conditions is severable from the other(s). If any provision or part of a provision is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or illegal in any respect, such provision or part of such provision will, to the extent that the term is invalid, be deemed not to form part of these Ticket Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions or parts of such provisions will not be invalidated in any way.
• These Ticket Terms and Conditions are available in both Arabic and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail and govern.
• Any Ticketholder who wishes to submit a complaint regarding their Arena experience must follow the Legends Global complaints procedure, details of which are available on the Coca-Cola Arena website.
• These Ticket Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws or choice of law provisions therein. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
