General Conditions


Entry into the Coca-Cola Arena (“Arena”) is subject to the following General Conditions of Entry (“General Conditions”) which may change at any time at the discretion of ASM Global, (hereinafter “ASM”), Manager of the Arena:


  • Arena access is only permitted to those who are in possession of a valid ticket or accreditation pass.

  • All children and infants must have a Ticket in order to attend an Event.

  • Children under 16 are not permitted in the General Admission Standing Floor Area for standing shows. Under 16 will need to purchase a seated ticket and they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over; all parties must have a valid ticket.
  • ​Any patron, below 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult/parent aged 18 or over.
  • The accompanying parent/adult hereby represents that he/she has consented to the child’s participation and/or attendance at the Event at Coca-Cola Arena and accepts these Conditions of Entry for itself and that child. Such adult/parent takes full responsibility for that child.
  • Coca-Cola Arena reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission / evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly / inappropriate or who poses a threat to the security or enjoyment of other event attendees.

  • Refuse entry of items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance

  • Refuse entry to any person who purchases an event ticket from any unauthorized source, including a ticket scalper.

  • Smoking inside the Arena - Coca-Cola Arena is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the Arena is prohibited. This includes E cigarettes, vapes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. A designated smoking area is available for all events.

  • All visitors, delegates and patrons attending the Arena must not solicit, attempt to sell or distribute any goods, advertisements, promotional or political materials (or similar), etc. to persons attending the Arena or within the Arena premises.​
  • The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including, but not limited to, recording devices and controlled or dangerous substances.

  • Patron must occupy the seat specified on their ticket only, or if a General Admission standing ticket is purchased, patron must remain in the arena floor standing area and are not permitted in the seating area.

Licensed Venue


Coca-Cola Arena is a Licenced venue and as such the following provisions apply:

  • Alcoholic beverages must not be taken from the Arena / Licenced Premises

  • No external alcoholic beverages will be permitted entry to the Arena / Licenced Premises

  • Alcohol may not be permitted inside the Arena Bowl during some events

  • Alcohol is prohibited to anyone under the age of 21 years.

  • Photo ID must be presented if requested by venue staff.

  • It is an offence to purchase for, or supply liquor to a minor

  • On some occasions all drinks may be decanted, which increases the risk of spills.

  • Patrons are advised that drink spillage could occur at any event, which may result in the floor becoming slippery. The Arena will make all reasonable efforts to prevent slippage, however the Arena cannot guarantee nor be held liable for any injuries or damage resulting from any patron slipping in the Arena or its premises.

  • ASM Global has the right to refuse alcohol to any individual, at its sole discretion.

  • The following forms of ID are acceptable within the Arena:

    • A current driver’s or rider’s license or permit (issued by UAE Government or any foreign country)

    • A current Passport with a photograph

    • A current UAE Resident Identity Card with a photograph

  • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

Filming and Photography


There will be filming, photography and recording at all Coca-Cola Arena events.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of payment, disclaimer of liability and release of any and all recording, filming and photography before attending the Coca-Cola Arena (or surrounding Arena Premises).

When you enter the Coca-Cola Arena, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording will occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or for any other purpose by the Coca-Cola Arena Management Team and its affiliates and representatives.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Arena events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of ASM Global and the Arena. You release the Arena, Owner, ASM Global, including any of its employees and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, social media, advertising, web casting, televising or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken by Coca-Cola Arena, ASM Global or the person or entity designated on behalf of ASM Global.

Coca-Cola Arena Management advises that you may be recorded on either commercial broadcast or CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) upon entry and throughout the Arena and surrounding forecourt for safety and security purposes.


Prohibited Items


The following prohibited items are not allowed in Coca-Cola Arena. These items may change, without notice and at the complete discretion of Management in conjunction with each event:

  • Backpacks of any size will not be permitted to enter for any event at Coca-Cola Arena

  • Reserved Seating Patrons – No Bags larger than the approved size of 30cm H x 30cm L x 15cm W

  • GA Standing Patrons – No Bags larger than the approved size of 15cm H x 20cm are permitted and must be a sling handle bag and remain on your person

  • iPads / tablets / Laptops / Power banks (larger than the approved size of 5.9in X 2.7in X 0.55in) 

  • Professional cameras or cameras with a detachable lens, telephoto lens or a lens that extends more than 5cm from the body of the camera (flash photography is not permitted)

  • Recording devices

  • Selfie Sticks / monopods or tripods

  • Alcohol or illegal substances of any kind

  • Cans and bottles of any kind

  • Commercial food (fast food items or food purchased from a full-service restaurant), Chewing Gum, hard cased cooler bags (excluding items purchased by approved vendors and / or Arena catering outlets)

  • Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile

  • Tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like

  • Chairs / stools

  • Chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts

  • Fireworks or flares

  • Laser Pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters

  • Drones and or other remote-controlled devices

  • Glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage

  • Motorbike helmets or balaclavas

  • Horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise making devices

  • Flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, flag pole not attached, and content must not be offensive in any nature

  • Umbrellas longer than 300mm (when in the closed position)

  • Strollers, prams and baby capsules

  • Vacuum flasks of any material

  • Bicycles, skateboards / skates / scooters

  • Animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)

*Kindly note effective September 19, 2022, AED10 will be charged per item stowed in the prohibited items cabin.

  • Each tag is valid for one item only.
  • Should a tag be lost, proof of ownership will be required (picture or detailed description of the item) and EID details will be collected. Otherwise the item will be handed to local authorities.
  • Items will be kept at the prohibited items booth maximum 45 min post show, after that, please collect it from entrance F security desk.
  • All patrons leaving items at the prohibited items booth are advised to take a picture of the item and the tag for reference.
