The box office is located on the Coca-Cola Arena plaza between Entrance C and D.

Our box office will be operational on event days from 2pm – 10pm.

No, your print at home tickets are valid for entry. Simply present your printed copy to the ushers scanning tickets upon entry to the Arena. No need for you to visit the box office!

To collect your tickets, the purchaser of the tickets must present the following at the box office:
Customer purchase email receipt
Credit card used for the purchase
Photo ID (Passport, Emirates ID, Driving license)

The registered patron is the only person authorised to collect tickets purchased online.

If the registered patron is unable to attend an event and is authorising for another person to collect the tickets on their behalf, they must complete a letter of authorisation which can be obtained by emailing the Coca-Cola Arena at [email protected]. This must be pre-arranged prior to the show.

If your tickets are lost, we may be able to replace them for you.

We will only replace lost, damaged or destroyed tickets if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified including the proof of purchase and if you are able to give us reasonable notice before the event.

Coca-Cola Arena will not be responsible for duplicates of tickets.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. Once a transaction has been completed, the sale is final. Refunds and exchanges are only permitted in the event of a show cancelling or rescheduling.

Tickets can be collected from the Coca-Cola Arena box office, located on the Coca-Cola Arena plaza between Entrance C and D. The box office will be operational on event days from 9am – 9pm.

For non-event days, please contact the company where you purchased the ticket/s. 

 

Tickets must not, without the prior written consent of Coca-Cola Arena, be resold or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. Tickets found to have been resold are void and will be cancelled without the possibility of any refund.

When booking online you are offered the next best available seating in your chosen category. You will then have an opportunity to move your seats in any available section that matches the selected price category.

This message is displayed when there are either an inadequate number of tickets to fulfill a request for adjacent seats e.g. four tickets have been requested yet there are no more than three seats next to each other in the Arena, or all the tickets that were available have been selected by other customers and they are in the process of completing their transaction. An event is also displayed as “Sold Out” when all transactions for Coca-Cola Arena’s entire available tickets have been completed. However, if a customer does not complete their transaction, tickets are then released back and become available for another customer to select. This is why on rare occasions, “Sold Out” can be seen yet shortly after, the event is back on sale.

Tickets are available for sale for all Coca-Cola Arena events and shows via our website and in person at the Coca-Cola Arena box office.

Website ticketing purchases are also available via the official Coca-Cola Arena ticketing page. The box office is located on the Coca-Cola Arena plaza between Entrance C and D.

Designated seats will be held within Coca-Cola Arena for wheelchair users and their companions. Accessible bay bookings can be made available via the Coca-Cola Arena box office or via the accessible hotline - 800 22 33 88.

A group booking refers to the buying of more than 10 - 15 tickets in one transaction. Group bookings can be made in person at the Coca-Cola Arena box office or via the ticket hotline - 800 22 33 88.

Up to 10 tickets may be bought online in one transaction. For more than 10 tickets, please contact the Coca-Cola Arena box office to apply for a group booking.

Coca-Cola Arena may set a ticket limit for certain shows which will restrict buying over the set limit. If a certain show has this restriction in place, this will be clearly displayed on the ticketing event page.

Your online booking is confirmed once you receive an email receipt to your nominated email address. This email will contain your booking confirmation number and details of your booking.

Restricted view refers to seats that have restricted viewing of the stage. The level of restriction may vary dependent on the show and stage set up.

You will be offered a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot or prefer not to attend the rescheduled event.

Proof of purchase will be required for any refund or exchange and Coca-Cola Arena will communicate with the purchaser as to how and when the refund or exchange can take place.

We will be able to replace your tickets at the Coca-Cola Arena box office if you have sufficient proof of purchase and valid ID.

Coca-Cola Arena may not replace tickets where seating is unallocated (general admission tickets).

Yes, you are able to purchase all Coca-Cola Arena tickets through your mobile.

Children under the age of 16 years old must purchase a seated ticket. Children under the age of 16 years old will not be permitted entry to a General Admission standing section at Coca-Cola Arena. Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all events.

Latecomers will be allowed to enter the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance, this may mean at a scene change, round-of- applause or at the interval. Latecomers may also be seated in alternate seat locations to avoid disruption of the show.

Coca-Cola Arena does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.

Your friends and family are most welcome to use the tickets on your behalf, but a copy of the ticket purchaser’s ID will be required for verification if picking up the tickets from the box office.

Once opened, the Coca-Cola Arena will host unforgettable international music concerts, sporting events, exhibitions, family shows, private functions and much more.

Spread across 500,000 square feet with a capacity of 17,000, the Coca-Cola Arena is conveniently located at City Walk, Dubai where it is surrounded by lots of food & beverage outlets as well as entertainment and retail options for attendees to enjoy before and after events.

There will be very limited parking around the Coca-Cola Arena, and we are encouraging all visitors to use public transport where possible.

We will also be sending out a detailed traffic transportation plan to all ticket purchasers prior to the event.

Yes – the Coca-Cola Arena is fully catered across all levels. A variety of food and beverage concessions will be found on the ground level as well as levels one and four. Our hospitality facilities and suites on level two and three also have a wide range of hospitality options taking the VIP and corporate experience in the region to the next level.

Backpacks of any size will not be permitted to enter for any event at Coca-Cola Arena.

Reserved Seating Patrons – no bags larger than the approved size of 30cm(H) x 30cm(L) x 15cm(W)

General Admission Standing Patrons – no bags larger than the approved size of 15cm(H) x 20cm(L) are permitted and must be a sling handle bag (no small backpacks) and remain on your person at all times.

Visitors under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years or over while attending a performance or event at the Coca-Cola Arena.

All patrons (including children "and babies") visiting Coca-Cola Arena require a valid show ticket to enter the Arena, regardless of their age. 

 

Professional photography, audio or video recording are strictly prohibited inside the Coca-Cola Arena.

Food or drinks purchased outside are NOT permitted inside Coca-Cola Arena. A variety of food and drinks will be available to purchase at Coca-Cola Arena.

Strollers are not permitted into the main arena section of Coca-Cola Arena. On event days, we will have designated areas outside the arena, where strollers can be checked in and stored.

Coca-Cola Arena will be open two hours before the scheduled start time of a performance. For exact running times, kindly refer to the individual event pages on our website.

Unfortunately, there is no valet parking available for public events at Coca-Cola Arena.
