Committed to shaping the future of higher education in the UAE, Horizon University College (HUC) has been officially granted an institutional license by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR), authorizing its operation in the Emirate of Ajman. With this license, all rights and obligations previously held by Skyline University College (SUC) are now transferred to Horizon University College, ensuring the continued delivery of quality education, innovation, and academic excellence built over more than three and a half decades.

HUC blends theoretical knowledge with practical experience, preparing graduates who are industry-ready and socially responsible. The institution maintains strong strategic partnerships across industries, institutions, and government organizations, and is honoured to serve as the Education Partner of Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena.

HUC comprises two schools—the School of Business and the School of Computing— both dedicated to integrating knowledge, skills, and values within their curricula. The university’s commitment to excellence is reflected in its four-star overall QS Stars rating, the ABET accreditation of its Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program, and its membership in the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
